Pez Cantina Founder and Executive Chef, Bret Thompson and Pez Boss Lady Lucy Thompson-Ramirez are the dynamic husband-and-wife team behind LA Burrito Company, a new concept located in thriving downtown Montebello’s BLVD MRKT Food Hall. Established in 2023, we specialize in high quality, thoughtfully created burritos, specialty dishes such as chilaquiles and pozole, the famous Pez chips and a pleather of salsas along with Frozen agua frescas. Our burrito names give homage to the diverse communities of Los Angeles with such offerings as the Montebello (saltado style burrito), the Hollywood (Cuban sandwich themed burrito), The Santa Monica (beer battered shrimp burrito) and the K-Town burrito chock full of shrimp, asada and kimchi!
